INDIE FILMMAKING IN NEW JERSEY

Caveman Entertainment LLC owes all its roots to indie filmmaking in New Jersey. Of course, there's arguably the biggest film to come out of NJ, Clerks (1994) by Kevin Smith. And while Smith has been a constant source of inspiration for me and other NJ creatives, he doesn't delve into the genre I want to make most: horror. Friday the 13th and SMILE are great sources of inspiration for horror lovers in New Jersey, with both being filmed here. While SMILE is a new era movie coming out in 2022, here at Caveman Entertainment, we believe it's our time. The next generation, the new up-and-comers, the new faces of horror, are being brewed somewhere in a cave in New Jersey. We'll see you all soon on that silver screen!
